Mark is the majority owner of PCI and drives the organization's relentless commitment to its clients and innovative approach to solving business problems through IT solutions. His passion for developing meaningful professional relationships has established a culture at PCI that results in a true partnership with its clients. Mark is a 34-year IT veteran, who serves his community as a philanthropist and through numerous board positions including the Amherst Chamber of Commerce and as the acting Chairman of the ECC Foundation Board.

Joe serves as the company’s COO and Integrator. In his time with PCI, Joe has established a performance management system which rewards performance and living the company values, selected and implemented a professional services automation platform, helped overhaul the executive leadership team, and positioned the company to achieve success.

She has 10+ years of progressive HR experience in the areas of Organizational Development, Training, Strategic Planning, Talent Management, Employee Relations and Engagement.
