Mark is a 34-year IT veteran, who serves his community as a philanthropist and through numerous board positions including the Amherst Chamber of Commerce and as the acting Chairman of the ECC Foundation Board.
Bill is a part of the ownership and executive team at PCI with responsibilities that span direct management of PCI’s client engagement management, input on corporate strategy and direction, and oversight of PCI service delivery teams. As a “fractional” CIO for numerous PCI clients Bill’s 30+ years of industry experience sets the standard for IT leadership at PCI; in fact, it’s rumored that Bill’s first words as a child were “People, Process, and Technology.” His unique portfolio of ITIL/ITSM expertise, industry experience and risk-adverse best practices made Bill the perfect choice as PCI’s Security Officer.
