Mark Gaulin
President & CEO
Mark is the majority owner of PCI and drives the organization’s relentless commitment to its clients and innovative approach to solving business problems through IT solutions. His passion for developing meaningful professional relationships has established a culture at PCI that results in a true partnership with its clients. Mark is a 34-year IT veteran, who serves his community as a philanthropist and through numerous board positions including the Amherst Chamber of Commerce and as the acting Chairman of the ECC Foundation Board.
Joseph Dunlop
chief operating officer
Joseph serves as the company’s COO and Integrator. In his time with PCI, Joseph has established a performance management system which rewards performance and living the company values, selected and implemented a professional services automation platform, helped overhaul the executive leadership team, and positioned the company to achieve success.
Scott Romano
Director, Technology Solutions
Scott is our Director of Technology Solutions. His philosophy is to build collaborative teams with a focus on delivering strategic services that align with business goals, IT optimization, and continuous improvement. Scott has been in the IT industry for 20 years with experience in industries such as manufacturing, health care, education, and financial services.
Wendy Voglmayr
Director, Finance and Administration
Wendy is the Director of Finance and Admin. Her department supports a variety of areas including A/R, A/P, Billing, Purchasing and Facilities. Wendy has 21 years of professional experience with PCI.
Sean Todtenhagen
Director, quality assurance
Sean is the Director of PCI’s Quality Assurance. Quality Assurance focuses on ensuring that we consistently deliver the highest standards of products and services to our customers. Sean has 20+ years of industry experience with PCI.
Renea Wilczak
Director, Technology Operations
Renea is our Director of Technology Operations. Boasting 18+ years of IT and Professional experience within PCI, she leads a department dedicated to continuous excellence in execution of our services, ensuring a cohesive strategy that drives innovation and keeps our clients satisfied.
