As Director of Client Service Delivery, you will be directly responsible for supporting an exceptional client experience through the delivery of our managed IT services and operations across our client base. This must be combined with a track record of success as a leader managing strategic change initiatives to meet the needs of the company. The Director of Client Service Delivery will:
Objectively and explicitly assess structure and process around allocation of capacity to demand, forecasting and planning to ensure resources are being utilized efficiently.
Support our efforts in increasing PCI’s Net Promoter Score.
Analyze data and establish a standard of work to continuously improve PCI’s service delivery performance.
Continue to empower PCI employees to delight clients via novel, best-in-industry “WOW” strategies and tactics.
Continually identify and implement strategies and tactics to increase employee engagement levels.
Ensure 100% on time delivery (OTD) of project tasks in support of our Project Management Office.
