  The Director of Client Service Delivery will:

• Objectively and explicitly assess structure and process around allocation of capacity to demand, forecasting and planning to ensure resources are being utilized efficiently.

• Support our efforts in increasing PCI’s Net Promoter Score.

• Analyze data and establish a standard of work to continuously improve PCI’s service delivery performance.

• Continue to empower PCI employees to delight clients via novel, best-in-industry “WOW” strategies and tactics.

• Continually identify and implement strategies and tactics to increase employee engagement levels.

• Ensure 100% on time delivery (OTD) of project tasks in support of our Project Management Office.
