As a Dev Ops Engineer, you will utilize your knowledge of the Software Development lifecycle and various automation tools in an effort to provide guidance and recommendations for increased efficiency and reduced customer incidents. You will work collaboratively with the Service Delivery Team and across departments to troubleshoot issues that arise during testing and production, catching and solving issues before launch. The Dev Ops Engineer will contribute to moderately complex aspects of a project.

 The Dev Ops Engineer:

  • Builds and maintains tools, solutions and manages microservice architectures associated with deployment and PCI’s operations platform, ensuring that they meet our customer service standards and reduce errors.
  • Automates and orchestrates workloads across multiple public cloud providers.
  • Supports internal and external customers on multiple platforms.
  • Develops tooling and processes to drive and improve the customer experience.
  • Tests system integrity, implemented designs, application developments and other processes related to infrastructure, making improvements as needed.
  • Deploys product updates as required while implementing integrations when they arise.
  • Specifies, documents and develops new product features. Writes automating scripts.
  • Manages code deployments, fixes, updates and related processes.

Requirements - AWS experience required; certification preferred. Azure experience a plus.
