PCI provides Help Desk services to dozens of clients with thousands of users. For fail over and disaster recovery purposes, PCI operates two distributed Help Desks, our primary location at 703 Washington Street in Buffalo, NY and our secondary site at 6400 Main Street in Amherst, NY.
